§ 50-17. Permissible hours.

(a)

Permissible hours for peddling, solicitation and canvassing are between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. during Standard Time.

(b)

Daylight Saving Time and standard time shall be as used and defined in Federal law, including but not limited to the Uniform Time Act of 1966, 15 USC 260 et seq.
